This PR adds Kodi patches to make use of HDR on rockchip 4.4 kernel, the patches is a snapshot from xbmc/xbmc@master...Kwiboo:rockchip-hdr
This may need more work and patches is tagged as WIP at the moment, code that is non rockchip 4.4 specific will be sent upstream for review.
