aom should just be removed in favour of dav1d #3069 |

I don't have an issue with that, but for now If #3069 merges before this PR then this PR can be closed. |

In that case aom acts as encoder, dav1d is an decoder. |

AV1 builds with NEON. Which isn't a good idea when NEON isn't supported (ie. RPi).
