Compared to Debian/Ubuntu we were missing a couple of bluetooth drivers and serial drivers / kernel options (to allow BT devices connected via serial/serdev).

This fixes BT nor working as reported here: https://forum.libreelec.tv/thread/11249-how-to-change-files-on-read-only-file-system/?postID=104714#post104714 and also adds support for more BT adapters that haven't yet been reported as non-working in LE

This brings the Bluetooth support in line with current Debian/Ubuntu
kernel configurations.
