This PR renames the current Amlogic project to Amlogic_Legacy so the 3.14 vendor kernel target and associated devices can co-exist alongside the future "mainline" kernel target which will assume the Amlogic project name at some point. There is currently no target date/schedule for when the cutover to mainline kernels will take place (the LE 9.2 tag does not mean anything) but the number of individual commits in development branches is becoming excessive and this change helps to reduce the bodycount by one.

NB: "Legacy" follows historic precedence, e.g. Nvidia_Legacy was used during OE days.

What a piece of shit! Totally unnecessary! This PR is the poster child of AMLogic in LibreELEC. Farewell to this nonsense.
