The bluetooth remote configuration (missing OK button on o2.cz remote) can be useful for all LE installations so make it globally available. Signed-off-by: Matthias Reichl <hias@horus.com>

This is a follow-up to #4019
Instead of adding hwdb.d files to some selected projects add the configuration for all projects
Only build-tested, the hwdb file was properly added to /usr/lib/udev/hwdb.d but I don't have the specific remote - ping @chewitt can you please test this?
