This PR changes Rockchip project to use the
brcmfmac_sdio-firmwarepackage and removes the now obsoleterockchip-firmwareandrfkillpackages.kernel-firmware-any.datis added to copyrockchip/dptx.binfromkernel-firmwarepackage.brcmfmac_sdio-firmwareis also updated to include config txt for Rock Pi 4.
