I've added the names for all the sensors of the Gigabyte Z690 Aorus Ultra motherboard. While testing I've realized that all the sensor names and calculations are equal to the Z690 Aorus Pro, so I just added a second case there.
The sensor names and values are now the same as in HWiNFO. Here is a screenshot as proof:
This motherboard is equipped with two super IO chips, the second one is the ITE IT87952E. I don't know how to name the sensors of the second chip, I would like to. Also this is the sensor known for its nonfunctional fan control #251
