When double-clicking on a netlabel, currently the only option was to move the net segment to a different net. But often one wants to rename a whole net (not only a segment), thus I added that option to the dialog:
Depending on whether there is already a net with the specified name or not, a net will be either just renamed, or merged into another net. To avoid surprises, the label at the bottom of the dialog explains what will happen exactly.
