Tweeter re-design

This project is a tweeter redesign with two main paged the home page and user page.User can follow ,unfollow and see other users profiles.A user can create a post and can edit a post.

Application Functionality

• User can sign up ,login and logout.
• post can be created and edited
• Only loggedin users can create and edit a post
• A user can follow and unfollow another user and can be followed in return
• User can see all posts

Prerequisites

• Ruby -v 2.7.2

• Pgsql

• cloudinary gem
• carrier_wave gem

Getting Started

To get this project up and running locally, you must already have ruby and necessary gems installed on your computer

To get this project set up on your local machine, follow these simple steps:

1. Open Terminal.
2. Navigate to your desired location to download the contents of this repository.
3. Copy and paste the following code into the Terminal: git clone https://github.com/Lidya1234/tweeter_redesign
4. Run Tweeter_redesign.
5. Run bundle install to get the necesary gems.
6. Run rails db:migrate.
7. Run rails s to run the server
8. Write localhost:3000 on your browser
9. The server will run
