Healing enchants on bracers (redemption) and shoulders (T3 pala) don't increase healing #1355

Healing enchants:
Bracelets of Royal Redemption (+24 healing)
and Redemption Spaulders + Resilience of the Scourge (+31 and 5 mana per 5 sec.)
don't increase healing.
I ve got 1 more friend with the same issue ...

Im the friend with the same issue, I have enchanted Redemption Spaulders with Resilience of the Scourge (+31 healing and 5mp5) but the stats don't seem to be increasing, it's like the enchant does not work.

Hope you guys can help us out! Our in-game names are Hiross and Hollister
