LinOTP - Lock wait timeout exceeded; try restarting transaction

Hello All,

I'm facing an error "Lock wait timeout exceeded; try restarting transaction". With this error, some users cannot authen to the system.
After I restart the web service, those users can authen to the system.

• LinOTP logs:

This issue appears frequently.
Does anyone have a solution for this issue?
