MGNFWI_BG spg + pqn running like forever, in 2Dmodi folder

pqn_only, only pqn with 50 iterations, in example_BG folder

run with corrected pqn code, 10 20 10,
first I need to see whether spg gives a reasonable result
then figure out a good way to introduce pqn

job killed, results_1(download) is the output from spg 20 iterations, run pqn for 20 iterations, see whether there is any improvement. not using sigma_ref, job 24, pqnonly

job 23 is rerun both spg and pqn, with 50 iterations both, sigma_ref used
