Adding latest NetlifyCMS config - updated site to work with latest version of Jekyll Theme #236

This PR adds the latest netlifycms config to the Linaro Connect website. The jumbo-jekyll-theme has been updated to work with netlifycms correctly. The site has been updated as a result of these changes.
