Implement Color Library

Description

Users will be able to interpret the UI easily in a correct manner using several color variables (primary, secondary, error, success, warning, background and line color). This color library will be defined based on the color-scheme of the app and exported as a part of app general layout.

Acceptance Criteria

• All the colors to be used in the application should be described in this library.
• This color library should be easily expandable for adding other colors.
• Implementation is visually tested for different colors.
