This release implements the following objectives from the Sapphire phase of the Lisk roadmap:

  1. Introduce Legacy module
  2. Bootstrap Lisk Core using Lisk Commander
  3. Integrate Lisk Faucet plugin
  4. Prepare Lisk Core v4.0.0 for alpha
  5. Prepare Lisk Core v4.0.0 for beta

As part of the above objectives, this implements the following LIP from the Sapphire phase:

  1. Introduce Legacy module

This release uses Lisk SDK v6.0.0-beta.0
