Fix cleanup socket files after application stop #5185

Expected behavior

All the socket files should be cleaned up when application shutdown in any cases such as SIGTERM, SIGINT, graceful shutdown.

Actual behavior

In some cases, sock files are left open, and it forbids to restart.
