Description

lisk-sdk package should export lisk-utils and lisk-codec to be used.
Also, update lisk-framework/lisk-sdk npmignore rule to include the dist-node for packages.

Motivation

From external code, including lisk-core, utils and codec will be useful/required.

Acceptance Criteria

  • lisk-utils and lisk-codec are exported
  • npmignore does not ignore the dist-node
