Commander failed to install lisk core - Closes #3642 #3655

What was the problem?

With the latest changes in the core config structure, the commander commands were failing

How did I fix it?

updated the config destructuring according to new config structure

How to test it?

Run below commands


lisk core --help
--
lisk core:install
lisk core:start
lisk core:stop
lisk core:logs
lisk core:uninstall
