What was the problem?

This PR resolves #5565

How was it solved?

  • Update lisk-SDK, lisk-elements and lisk-client to expose the new libraries where it's necessary
  • Update the README to reflect above

How was it tested?

  • Test and build should not be changed
  • Check SDK and elements exporting everything
  • Check Lisk-Client exposing web compatible libraries
