发生了什么?

当进程冲突后使用“y”结束占用的进程后，无法在控制台输入命令，但服务器没有假死，正常运行

复现此问题的步骤

1.开两个相同路径的服务器
2.在输出进程占用的服务器输入y
3.等待服务器开启完毕后，输入指令，发现无反应
