upload files from an embed chatbox widget

Hi... I am trying to put at widget chatbox, the option to upload files... but I can´t... is there a way to do this??

Hi you have to go in settings and upload permission then alow the user to upload file

I don't think that chatbox allows files upload only live widget. I will check later and if what mark this as enhancement.

Thanks for the screenshot.

1. Upload file is not in embed button but is on widget top right in the icon (settings) where you can enable disabled visitor sound chat messages in visitor widget
2. If you don't see the upload file but only sound settings and you have enabled as picture the upload file let me know and I will give you more instruction.

I don't know what is wrong now.
Please try to check if you have already a lowed file upload for visitor and check if you can see as now in your last screen didn't find.

If you can't see again you can check in the official demo of the live helper if file extension alowed are the same, backup your extension file alowed and try to copy the default. If this not fix the problem I have no idea.. your settings seems to be alright

I put the livehelperchat folder in folder WWW, and install it in browser... with the wizard...

I don´t have idea why in my app dose not work

Files upload for chatbox is not support and won't be supported, because users can just overwhelm server with flood uploads.
