Feature request: Add time near user has left chat, also in translated languages.

Hi,
when i see a unreply chat i can see when user start chat but i can't understand when user has left the chat because there is no date and time near this message.

Can i request to add this to be added in this message?

Not sure I understood but you can always see last user message time.

suppouse visitor start a chat request but no one acept it.

So when i see this in the chat because i can back on the admin chat interface i see the welcome message with near the time and after that user are left message but this message has not the time so when user has left.

I try to make a screen for be more clear.

you are able to see when user has started chat, when autoresponder has printed the reply but not at what date and time user has left, leaved the chat you can only read "user has left the chat!" So i can't understand how many time user waiting for support and after decide to leave.

So this is the step to reproduce:

1. Visitor side: open https://livehelperchat.com/
2. Operator side: open in other window https://demo.livehelperchat.com/site_admin/ and log in

3.Visitor side: now start a chat from https://livehelperchat.com/
4. Operator must not accept make nothing, leave the chat in queue
4. Visitor side: leave the chat

So when chat lissen user are left a "user has left the chat!" are printed but near there is not the time as for the message in the chat.
