本地nb create创建的demo，fastapi+console。
看日志显示调用到了帮助信息输出，但没回复。

应该是的，因为使用的是onebot适配器，应该可以再改进

没有相关经验的话，看部署教程确实不知道该怎么部署，我就折腾了几个小时都不行

目前的话是需要使用go-cqhttp + onebot v11适配器，作为QQ机器人运行。go-cqhttp是完成QQ登录和消息发送这些操作的，onebot适配器可以连接到go-cqhttp实例，提供API给nonebot插件用。

可能是连接到go-cqhttp比较不好搞，WebSocket链接端口如果要改的话需要设置NoneBot的env环境变量文件。然后go-cqhttp的配置文件里也要把WebSocketlj链接改为onebot适配器要求的。

试了一下，设置一个默认event参数勉强就行了，Console发出的信息不带event参数，导致函数不运行直接退出了
