Alas.exe will run but UI will not open

Describe the bug

I have installed a fresh version of Alas from the latest release. When I run Alas it will open the alas updater and run through its process, at the end the alas updater window will automatically close and nothing else happens. The UI does not automatically open. When you open task manager to check, Alas.exe and adb.exe are running in the background processes. When you click on the alas icon a pure white screen opens up. You can't move or interact with this screen. Hitting ctrl-shift-I to bring up the console results in a console with no history or actions. Ending these tasks and restarting results in the same issue.

To Reproduce

1. Run Alas.exe
2. alas updater opens and runs.
3. alas updater closes and nothing else happens.
4. UI does not automatically open.
5. Manual open of alas window shows white screen.

Expected behavior

Usually upon running Alas.exe, the alas updater will open and run through all update processes, and then the Alas UI will open, allowing you to run and configure your script. Currently the UI is not operating correctly and a white screen is showing.
