Describe the bug
If two deliveries have same supplier cutoff, the Orders list may not sort by delivery date correct

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to Orders list for Farm Link
  2. Sort by delivery date
  3. Notice Sat and Fri dates might be jumbled together

Expected behavior
Should sort by the displayed date correct...and that should be buyer delivery date/time.

- Sort by buyer_deliver_on instead of deliver_on (when supplier drops)
- Remove cruft.
