Market location's phone number shown on pickup Packing Slip in "To Buyer" section

Describe the bug
For a market pickup, the packing slip shows the market address (expected) but the market phone number (unexpected) in the "To Buyer" section. The buyer's phone number should be shown there so the market can easily call her to let her know her order is ready, etc.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Add a market address and phone number
2. Add a pickup cycle for that address
3. Create an order for that pickup cycle
4. View packing slip
5. See market phone number in "To Buyer" section

Expected behavior
I'd expect to see buyer's phone number.
