This release of WireGuard for the EdgeRouter is based on upstream WireGuard snapshot 0.0.20190406. You may download the deb attached to this release for your particular model and install it on your EdgeRouter with:

# sudo dpkg -i wireguard-<board>-0.0.20190406-1.deb
