'lb clearlog' doesn't work as expected on chat and kills tables

When using '/lb clearlog chat' or '/lb clearlog kills', the chat and kills tables are not affected as expected. Instead, the lb-world, lb-world-chest, and lb-world-sign tables are cleared.
