<p>De handreiking basisfactuur Rijk beschrijft welke factuurgegevens minimaal vermeld dienen te zijn in een e-factuur. Voor circa 90% van de facturen aan de Rijksoverheid zijn de factuurgegevens die beschreven zijn in de handreiking basisfactuur Rijk voldoende om te kunnen verwerken. In de overige gevallen worden aanvullende factuurgegevens vereist die beschreven staan in het contract dat is aangegaan door de leverancier met de Rijksoverheid.</p>

<p>In het overzicht hieronder vindt u alle factuurgegevens die op een basisfactuur aan het Rijk vermeld moeten worden.</p>
<p>Laat u goed informeren door uw klant (de overheidsorganisatie) over de referentie of het ordernummer (zie 1.5) op de factuur en welke invulinstructie moet worden gevolgd. Het vermelden van een onjuiste referentie (bijvoorbeeld met een prefix, spaties, punten of een verkeerd ordernummer) kan leiden tot een langere verwerkingstijd van uw e-factuur. Bijlagen kunnen worden toegevoegd met een maximum van 9 en een totale maximum bestandsgrootte van 20 MB. De opname van grote (1000+) hoeveelheden regels en/of regels met een 0 waarde is ongewenst en kan leiden tot verwerkingsproblemen.</p>
<p>Indien uw e-factuur niet alle vereiste factuurgegevens bevat zal deze automatisch geweigerd worden. U wordt hierover geïnformeerd via een e-mail naar het e-mailadres dat u bij uw leveranciersgegevens vermeld heeft in de e-factuur. In de e-mail staat vermeld welke factuurgegevens ontbreken.</p>
