Railcraft's charge system not functioning correctly with efficientHashing enabled

The following minimal setup, consisting of Admin steam source, Steam turbine and Flux converter doesn't work. Wires do not begin transferring energy after connecting and a locomotive doesn't charge.

Setting efficientHashing=false in loliasm.cfg and replacing wires fixes the problem, wires start to function and locomotive begins to charge.

Forge is 14.23.5.2860. Mods used are:

configs folder was cleaned before testing. I tested with Railcraft 12.0.0 and 12.1.0-beta8, affects both versions.
