Replaces all IP's in your ns.conf file with faux ones.
Replaces hashes with (0 * 160).
The 0.0.0.0 addresses are not touched.
How to:
Place script in same folder as the .conf file and run it.
.conf file can have any name, but will be renamed to ns.conf when done.
