Install ProcessWire in a directory, preferably with the blank profile. Now put all the files in this repo in the installation root and run npm install, composer install and ./node_modules/.bin/fractal build-handles.
To start Fractal use ./node_modules/.bin/fractal start --sync from your root folder.
