魔兽争霸3 经典版中文语音包

对于使用mpq的魔兽版本（v1.00 - v1.29）：

将这些文件添加到War3Patch.mpq里

对于使用CASC的魔兽版本（v1.30 - v1.31）：

魔兽目录下新建zhcn-war3local.mpq目录，将这两个文件夹放到该目录下
