When an incoming call automatically pops up a small window. I would like to be able to disable this feature. Also when watching a video, if a call comes in, it is automatically muted. And after stopping the call, the video automatically plays without sound. In the settings menu, it is not possible to completely disable these actions.

Good suggestion.

This is all PulseAudio's doing; fortunately, you can disable this feature.
