What is new for Moshidon version 100:
- Loading remote follows and followers, which allows for easier time seeing all of a profile's followers and follows
- Allow for easier tab navigation by double tapping home/notification buttons
- Allow for confirmation when reblogging
- Allow to mention the reblogger in reply automatically
- Ability to swap the bookmark notification action for the reblog action
- Introduce follow back notification action
- Allow for opening outside masto urls by sharing them to Moshidon
- Minor Ui/UX improvements
