Dive Into Milan Airbnb Data

Project Motivation

This project is part of Data Science Nanodegree Program by Udacity, and explores the Airbnb listing dataset of Milan. Based on Cross-Industry Standard Process of Data Mining (CRISP-DM), the project answers 3 business questions:

  1. Which is the best neighborhood to stay in, according to range of prices, number of accomodations and reviews score?
  2. What are the most popular amenities in Milanese accomodations?
  3. What are the most important features to estimate Airbnb rental price?

Installation

  • Clone the repo: git clone https://github.com/Luckyna/Udacity-DSND.git
  • Download the listing file from here and unzip it in the Introduction_to_data_science/data folder. The expected file name is listing_Milan.csv

File Description

  • A Descriptive Jupyter Notebook
