Kuukiyomi r8075

This release should fix the login of MAL and Anilist. Also @Diegopyl1209 made some changes that will be helpful with better torrent support int the future.

Kuukiyomi:

  • Fix MAL and Anilist login
  • Made changes for better torrent support in the future (@Diegopyl1209)
  • Fix external torrent streaming; Amnis is still needed as a player for this (@Diegopyl1209)

Aniyomi:

  • Merge into Kuukiyomi
