General overhaul + improvements!
- Added workflow for automatic releases
- Added stub registry files to skip dumping of all registry hives
- Convert to command-based CLI app, add multiple new commands:
export-hive, to export a hive containing the encrypted CIKsexport-params, to export the device key parameters to run the key derivation on another devicederive, to run the key derivation based on the parameters exported with the above command
