Created three views.

• The homepage list all the bugs and a possibility to register a bug link. From the homepage you can have access to the details of each bug. The sample url is http://127.0.0.1:8000/
• You can access the detail of each bug with a sample link like http://127.0.0.1:8000/id/ where id is the id of the bug e.g 6 then the url will be http://127.0.0.1:8000/6/
• There is a button which can permit user to register a bug from the homepage via this link http://127.0.0.1:8000/register-bug/
