vkcube: running vkcube defaults to /usr/bin for working directory with Ubuntu packages #1494

The default working directory that vkconfig chooses at startup is /usr/bin, which of course will prevent files from being saved.

At one time, I thought we had special-cased to use the home directory in this case?
