Will FMN interfere cookie refreshing operations?

Hello to all.

Recently I encounter a wried error (HTTP 422) when forking repos on GH. After contacting and communicating with GH support, cookies seems to be the issue since clearing them solves the problem. GH support supspect that FMN interfered with the cookie refreshing operation, and I would like to confirm if this is the case.
