Detailed description of the problem

It would appear that the additional_footer_text setting is not taken into account when rendering the page footer. The text is not displayed.

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Go to "Settings" > "More"
2. Set additional_footer_text to some text
3. Observe that the text is not displayed in the page footer
