Hi,

can you please give additional context? For example, do the the non-compressed pictures have a red icon on the left o an orange one? Can you provide at least one of them so I can test it myself?

Thanks!

Do you have an example image that fails to compress? Also, which operating system are you using?

If you can, please provide your application log. The location of the file depends on your platform, but they usually are:

  • Windows: C:/Users/USERNAME/AppData/Roaming/SaeraSoft/Caesium Image Compressor/caesium-yyyy-mm-dd.log
  • macOS: /Users/USERNAME/Library/Application Support/SaeraSoft/Caesium Image Compressor/caesium-yyyy-mm-dd.log
  • Linux: /home/USERNAME/.local/share/SaeraSoft/Caesium Image Compressor/caesium-yyyy-mm-dd.log

I tried to send one picture to check on it, but I downloaded this sent picture from GitHub,tried it on him and it compressed. You can try download muptiple puctures from anywhere, and try to create this problem.

I am using Windows 10

You should try to zip your original files that fails, so you are sure they are not modified.

They were downloaded, and not even modified

I cannot be helpful if I cannot test the actual images that are failing. Can you give me one of them? Or the link for downloading one, please?

How i said before, if i will send any pictures, they will be different, not like original. Because, i tried to use one, which i sent here. So original can't be compressed, but picture, which i sent and downloaded from this dialogue, can be compressed. I don't know, from what that depends

Take the original image (the one that fails to compress) and make a zip archive with it. Then, upload the zip file with the image inside here. By doing so, the image is not changed in any way and I can test it.

These pictures are NSFW, which you probably won't like to see, so i can't :D

Oh, all right.
Try to upload you application log then, you should find it in
C:/Users/USERNAME/AppData/Roaming/SaeraSoft/Caesium Image Compressor/caesium-yyyy-mm-dd.log
Replace USERNAME with your username and pick the correct file based on the date. I can try to help with it.

Unless the file names are NSFW too.
