Changes

Translate syncPage_flashm_sync_manga_volume.
Change the wording of Package_Description.
Use a better translation for "episode offset": "deslocamento de episódio".
Replace "Manga" with "Mangá". ("manga" is the pt-pt's spelling, not pt-br's)
