AnimeLab shut down on December 9th. This PR as such removes support for AnimeLab from MALSync.
Streamlink has already removed it from their codebase, and other packages never merged support for it in the end.
I've left my ScriptProxy as is - it is used by a number of other page support scripts now, which is awesome to see. I've not touched the main README/pages.md as part of this PR - let me know if that needs tweaking.
Users should migrate to Funimation or cancel their subs because screw Funimation.
