Microbiome Diversity Inspector - A tool for visual analysis of microbiome data. This project was done as a part of "Major Project" course in 7th Semester and 8th Semester. Find more details here.
Download the repository - Microbiome-Diversity-Inspector and execute - tool.html (Microbiome-Diversity-Inspector/tool.html) in a browser(preferably Chrome Browser). Also download all the node modules as mentioned here. In order to interact with the database, the server should be brought up to run using the command - "node server.js".
