Part of a re-order from the old roadmap described in the README. This release should contain at least the following:

• Updated default parameter list, expanded to include all new functions (see issue #30).
• Updated README file, to follow closely the suggestions from pyOpenSci and the work we have been doing in SciCM.
• Lint all existing code (after updating the defaults list).
• Set a basic CI implementation that includes a lint test. Proper testing will be be included in a following release.
