部分吧友/吧务认为原有贴子过于冗长，虽仍保持活跃，但还是需要刷新。

Pros

  1. 减短长度
  2. 便于重新发布相关规定
  3. 不需要写一大坨东西

Cons

  1. 丧失历史
  2. 增补规定相当困难
  3. 需要重新写文案

提前做个通知

若最终认为需要刷新，征集志愿者写文案。
