Manual Steps

1. Set visual effect to -> Adjust for best performance
   
2. set powerplan to -> high performance
   
3. use hardisk as ram
   
4. use usb as ram
   
5. megamind booster
   
6. set number of processors to all -> msconfig / Enable NO GUI Boot / Timeout 3 sec / Enable Selective Startup / Taskmngr Disable unwanted startup items
   
7. turn off BITS Background intellegent service
   
8. clean manager.exe if necessary
   
9. display settings right click -> refresh rate 60hz or above
   
10. services.msc -> windows update disabled
    
11. disk defrag
    
12. disk cleanup
    
13. chkdsk
    
14. disable startup programs Settings > Apps > Startup >toggle off
    
15. compress drive
    
16. windows update
    
17. uninstall uneccessary programs
    
18. upgrade ram
    
19. upgrade to ssd
    
20. use directx 12
    
21. debloat windows using powershell as admin and run iwr -useb https://git.io/debloat|iex disable cortana, telemetry tasks, onedrive, install .net v3.5 https://beebom.com/how-debloat-windows-11-improve-performance/
    
22. disable background app from settings > privacy > background apps > toggle off
    
23. System > storage > storage sense > check mark -> keep windows running smoothly / enable automatic user content cleanup
    
24. ipconfig /FlushDNS
    
25. cmd run mrt.exe /Q /F:Y
    
26. win+r input powercfg.cpl -> click (Choose what the power buttons do), click (change settings that are currently unavailable), check mark (Turn on Fast Startup), click save changes
