- created wrapper for os.Open in fileReader (FMOpen) to allow use of remote storage backends
- introduce Location object and locations.yaml config
- added caching (using --path_cache)
- added support for S3 backend (tested)
- added support for Shock backend (untested yet)
- added download_idx resource
